Common Questions
Do I need to be active-duty or a veteran to join?
School of Grit is built primarily for active-duty service members, veterans, and military spouses — the content and community are anchored in that shared context. That said, anyone serious about escaping traditional employment is welcome.
What’s the difference between the course, the community, and coaching?
The $12 VA Loan Mastery course is self-paced video training. The $18/month Skool community is where you get live calls, Q&A, and a network of people doing the same work. Personal coaching is one-on-one guidance for people ready to commit to a customized roadmap.
Is this DoD SkillBridge approved?
Yes. School of Grit is an approved DoD SkillBridge program for active-duty service members in their final 180 days of service.
When does Line of Departure (the 90-day program) start?
Cohorts are opening in 2026. Join the waitlist via our Skool community to be notified when enrollment opens.
Can I cancel my Skool subscription anytime?
Yes. The $18/month Skool community is month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Cancel anytime from your Skool account.
